Unterstützung von 64Bit-Umgebungen

translate 12 ist als 32Bit-Anwendung unter 64Bit-Varianten von Windows lauffähig, dies gilt insbesondere für die Hauptanwendung von translate, für translate web und für click&translate.

Die Lauffähigkeit der Add-Ins für andere Anwendungen hängt allerdings davon ab, ob die anderen Anwendung (insbesondere MS Office) ebenfalls eine 32Bit-Anwendung ist, da Komponenten von translate in die Anwendung hineingeladen werden müssen. Aus diesem Grund sind die Add-Ins z.B. mit einer 64bit-Version von MS Office nicht lauffähig.

** Bitte beachten Sie, dass während der Installation genügend freier Speicherplatz für temporäre Dateien zur Verfügung stehen muss. Stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass auf der Partition, auf der Ihr TEMP-Verzeichnis liegt, ungefähr dieselbe Menge an freiem Speicherplatz frei ist, wie unter “Freier Platz auf der Festplatte” angegeben. Dieser Speicher wird nach erfolgreicher Installation wieder freigegeben.
