Subject areas
In technical texts many words have meaning different from ordinary
usage and have to be translated differently. While memory
generally means "Gedächtnis", in texts dealing with computers
the meaning usually means "Speicher". gemeint. Therefore
you can set subject areas according to the requirements of the text.

Source text
Here you set the options for source texts, e.g. the distinction
between British and American English or setting about spelling.
In Translate pro you can also control the resolution of pronoun
references. When this option is set, Translate pro is able to consider
context beyond sentence boundaries. (Click on the image to enlarge

Target text
Here you set the options for target texts, e.g. whether you prefer
do not or don't in an English target text.
In Translate pro you can also specify that alternate translations
shall be generated and whether the text shall be checked for idioms.

German spelling
Due to the German spelling reform the number of spelling variants
has greatly increased. Therefore Translate allows for detailed for
German both as a source and as a target language. (Click on the

Dictionaries
In Translate plus and Translate pro you can utilize 16 dictionaries
in addition to the large system dictionary. So the translation program
can be adapted to your specific needs regarding vocabulary and terminology.
