Storing and Use of personal Data

The data stored by our shop are solely used for technical purposes and in order to facilitate the process of bying. Lingenio never will convey customers' personal data, products they bought, their way of using Lingenio's websites, nor similar to third parties.

Advertisement, Newsletters and other Messaging

You will not receive newesletter or advertising material from Lingenio GmbH without prior consent.

We will contact you (partially automatically by means of the shop software) throughout the process of ordering and buying by mail, in order to inform you about the current state of your orders and any contractual relations with Lingenio GmbH.

Information about Data stored and Requests of Deletion

At any time, you may request by mail to info@lingenio.de, by fax or letter to be informed about the data we store. Upon your request we will immediately delete all data we store about you, with the exception of data we have to store by law.
